Record of Personal Visit 2003
HMNZS GAMBIA
The New Zealand Cadet Force -
Courtesy of HMS Gambia Web Editor.
I was delighted to be able to visit the Unit during my visit to Auckland, where I was made very welcome by Lt. Cdr. David Ansty, and given a full tour of the Division, including the Stores and Boatshed.  A small photographic tribute follows.....
Lt Cdr David Ansty received a Gambia Plaque from the Editor, which will be a Centre Piece on the New Honours Board in the Unit.  (The plaque was kindly donated by William "Robbie" Burns of Melbourne, Yorkshire.....)

The plaque has now been installed and is shown in the last two pictures of the photo gallery below, my grateful thanks to Nicole (circa 2010) the New C.O. of the Unit, for sending the picture to me.
